GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

 PARTICIPATION

• Anyone who wishes to participate in the contest must subscribe (or be already subscribed) to the Travel Saver newsletter between July 1st, 2009 and January 2nd, 2010 at 11:59pm eastern time.

• No purchase required.

• A maximum of 1 entry per person for the entire duration of the contest.

• This contest is intended for participation by residents of Canada and the United States, ages 18 and over.

• Entrants must be physically located in Canada or the United States.

• Individuals employed by Vacation Club Central and its affiliate companies are not eligible.

PRIZES  

• There will be three individual prizes awarded. The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to one of 19 destinations including airfare. The second place winner will receive a $1000 Shopping Spree and the third place winner will receive a 3 day vacation to one of 19 destinations. • Airline ticket(s) awarded with the Grand Prize must depart from a airport located in the Continental USA.

• Travel must be completed in 2010.

• Vacation Club Central expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded. Vacation Club Central makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prizes awarded.

THE DRAW  

• Odds of winning: The actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of entries received for this contest.

• Random drawing: There will be 1 grand prize winner, 1 second place winner, and 1 third place winner. The winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on January 4, 2010 at 5:00pm (subsequent draws may be needed if entrant does not claim his prize by the deadline specified).

 

CLAIMING PRIZE 

• The winners will be contacted by email and phone between January 5, 2010 and January 10, 2010 to confirm acceptance of the prize.

• In case the prize has not been claimed by the selected entrant before January 15th, 2010 at 5:00pm, Vacation Club Central will forfeit their right to the prize.

• Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to complete, sign and return a release form confirming: Acknowledgement of the right of Vacation Club Central and their respective affiliates to publish the winner’s picture, name and address, without compensation other than the prize offered.

• The prize will be delivered to the winner(s) address.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these General Rules and Regulations the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this contest. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the General Rules and Regulations. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to Vacation Club Central's use of their personal information for direct marketing purposes.
